Washing is washing — we don’t paint or stain afterward, though we’re happy to quote that separately. We also won’t blast surfaces that can’t take it (old, crumbling mortar or damaged siding); we’ll tell you before we start.

Will pressure washing damage my siding?
Not when done right. We adjust pressure and use the correct nozzles for each surface — the goal is clean, not stripped.
How often should I pressure wash in Tacoma?

Can you remove the green moss on my roof?
Roofs need a softer touch than pressure washing. Ask about our gentler roof-moss treatment instead — same visit if you’d like.
Do I need to be home during the wash?
No — as long as we have access to an outdoor spigot and the areas to be cleaned, we can work while you’re out.
